In order to achieve the highest quality audio from a video surveillance operation it is essential to feature a compressed audio module. With this conversation tapping device the audio levels are boosted and loud audio is processed in such a way distortion is eliminated. This is particularly relevant in large monitoring sites. The compressed audio / pre-amplifier unit allows for the signal to be taken directly to a VCR up to a mile away. Redundant wiring in houses or alarm systems can be utilised thereby cutting costs.

The MVL4 is the most popular of the integrated systems. This system has been designed for speed of response and reaction which is the hallmark of the professional security agencies. The system combines a 100-channel microwave receiver, 4" monitor and video-8 recording format facility in a standard briefcase. Power supply is interchangeable between 12V DC and between 90 - 277V AC. External connections to monitoring and recording equipment is available and time and date stamping can be incorporated onto all recordings if required.
